TAWILA ISLAND
About 20 km off the coast of the Red Sea's El Gouna, the fabled and once deserted island of Tawila is getting the type of luxury resort said to be in par with similar projects in the Maldives. The project aim was to create a 5-star resort at the northern Islands of Hurghada region known as Tawila Island, setting a benchmark project for the region in terms of the resort experience.
Tawila Island Resort is intended to provide 120 Keys with a mix of inland and overwater bungalows, all-day dining, one signature specialty restaurant, pools (adults, kids), kids club, gym, spa, private beaches, pool bar, retail, and event spaces. The main arrival building features a 35 meters high structure partially covered by a sustainable recyclable thatch material, marking the guest's arrival. A building that intends to be a contemporary reassemble of the Egyptian pyramids in a non-literal approach
